Nourin Abdulla
Hi, I’m Nourin, and I’m honoured to be considered as you take this step for yourself. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you are. I believe therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself in meaningful and sustainable ways. I support individuals navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship or family dynamics, and questions of identity and belonging. I also understand that many experiences do not fit neatly into a category, and sometimes therapy begins with simply knowing that something feels heavy, unclear, or difficult to carry alone. Having navigated culture and identity across different spaces myself, I understand how layered it can feel to balance outside expectations while staying connected to your own voice and values. My approach is person-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and holistic. I value the connection between mind and body, and I often support clients in exploring how stress, emotions, and experiences may also be carried physically. Together, we can move at a pace that feels right for you while helping you feel more grounded and supported in your healing and growth. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences, including 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

I am a practicum student completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. My path toward counselling has been shaped by the many moments when others have turned to me for support, whether through friendships, family, school, work, or everyday interactions. These experiences have taught me the importance of listening with care, meeting people where they are at, and creating a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported.
My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, warmth, and respect. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences at their own pace. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers right away, but about creating space to reflect, better understand yourself, and move toward meaningful change.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including those navigating stress, anxiety, identity, relationships, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I value building trusting relationships and working collaboratively with clients as they build insight, confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Hi, I’m Jess, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and it is so nice to see you, thank you for coming by.
My approach to our work together is that you are the expert here; you know your life, your experiences, your goals and your expectations. My role as your therapist is to help be a guide, to offer suggestions, to act as a mirror, and to help to offer alternate ways to for you to think, feel, and act. I am here to walk beside you, to sit with you and hear your story. Together we will see how you got to this point of reaching out for help, and look at the things that are happening in your life that aren’t really working anymore. These could be showing up as old coping strategies that you recognize just don’t work anymore; or maybe your sleep schedule hasn’t been the same; or maybe your activity is off.
Using Narrative Therapy, we can take a look at your story and identify which parts of it don’t feel good anymore or feel like they’re going in the wrong direction. We can’t change what happened to you, but you have the power to edit and change how you feel about those things. The great thing about your story is that it’s not finished yet, and seeing as you are the authour of that story, you can make any changes, edits, or adjustments to get you feeling back in control, on track, and feeling like you again.
So let’s see how we can work together to get you back on track, using a little humor, some odd metaphors, and lot of compassion.

I am a practicum student, completing my master’s in counselling psychology, qualified to practice under the clinical supervision under an approved supervisor, thankful for this opportunity to hone my craft while being able to offer non-judgment support to those from all walks of life. Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to share in your journey, and for trusting me with your story.
I come from a lived experience of military life, family systems and care for those with developmental disabilities, and crisis support. I am trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). Utilizing client-centered approaches to create a safe space for people to explore themselves and their struggles; to help others grow as they develop and understanding of the past to inform them of the present, and help to heal the future. I believe in trusting in a person’s autonomy, recognizing that they know themselves and their situation better than I could, but may need help in seeing it from another angle. Mental health is connected to all parts of our being, so approaching wellness requires a holistic approach and acknowledgement of not just our mind, but also our physical body, spirit, and environment.
As long as there is life there is hope. – Ruth Minsky Sender

Meet Megan — Registered Clinical Counsellor
Welcome. I’m Megan, a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Tula Wellness. I’m honored to support individuals through a client-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approach. My work is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique story.
I support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, Autism, ADHD, fertility challenges, and the many joys and struggles of parenting. No matter what you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I understand that starting therapy can make individuals feel vulnerable, overwhelmed, or even scared. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s happening within you—without judgment. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you deepen your self-understanding, build meaningful coping strategies, and move toward the change you’re seeking.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk alongside you.
