Low-barrier Counselling / Psychology / Mental Health

Low- barrier counselling gives access to folks who may not be able to afford full rate quality counselling services. This pay as you can between $40- $150.

My approach to therapy is that you are the expert on your life and experiences, so my role is to help you to find the best way to move forward and to empower you to take those steps towards wellness. Hello, I am a practicum student completing my Master of Arts in Counselling at Yorkville University. I am mindful that choosing to attend therapy can be challenging and even painful at times. I can provide clients with a safe space to be vulnerable while learning about themselves and their emotions while working towards their therapeutic goals. I work with a client-centred, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming lens and use a collaborative, purposeful approach. I can help clients with depression, anxiety, stress, Autism, ADHD, birth trauma, fertility struggles and parenting. I enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, travelling, and camping with my family and old pup.
